Sexual & reproductive rights (SRHR) HealthFamily Planning 2030 (FP2030) is a global partnership of governments, civil society, multilateral organizations, donors, private sector partners, and researchers committed to supporting people’s right to voluntary, quality contraception. Our vision is a future where everyone, everywhere has the freedom and ability to lead healthy lives, make their own informed decisions about using contraception and having children, and participate as equals in society and its development.
The FP2030 Support Network consists of five regional hubs: North, West and Central Africa; East and Southern Africa; Asia and the Pacific; and Latin America and the Caribbean, and North America and Europe, led by an Executive Director, supported by an Executive Directorate team, who reports to the Governing Board. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Program Director to lead the MbW Initiative. This role provides strategic direction, oversees impactful programming, and drives resource mobilization to expand MbW’s reach and influence. Reporting to the Regional Program Operations Director (RPOD) in Asia and working closely with CARE Impact Partners (CIP) in the USA, the Program Director ensures the success and sustainability of this transformative initiative.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Leadership and Resource Mobilization
- Develop and execute a robust resource mobilization strategy, securing multi-year funding through partnerships with corporations, foundations, and institutional donors.
- Forge innovative funding models and compelling value propositions to attract new partners.
- Represent CARE and MbW in global forums, meetings, and workshops to build relationships and promote the initiative.
2. Program Innovation and Quality
- Spearhead impactful interventions across MbW’s core themes, fostering innovation and collaboration among country teams, local partners, and stakeholders.
- Share evidence-based practices and tailored solutions to improve conditions for women apparel workers.
- Coordinate learning events, workshops, and training to strengthen programming.
3. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEAL)

4. Reporting and Communications

- Oversee knowledge management strategies to capture and disseminate best practices.
- Manage external vendors for the production of branded materials.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in development studies, economics, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program management and coordination within the development sector.

POSITION SUMMARY
USA for UNFPA is seeking an experienced and energetic relationship builder to lead and grow the organization’s Major and Planned Giving Programs. The Senior Manager will manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding relationships to secure $10,000+ gifts and planned giving commitments. This role will also build and lead the planned giving program, driving the development of USA for UNFPA’s Legacy Society.

Required Experience/qualification/Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in social science and law; political science, social work, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience of which a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Protection field in with at least 3 years is in a managerial level in a GBV/women’s protection program
- Experience in NGOs is preferred
- Ideally, experience with GBV prevention and response programming in remote management settings

Peace and SecurityThe Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace, and Security (GIWPS) is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Director of Policy and Programs to advance its mission of centering women in all global policy and debates on peace and security. Trustee Role Description:Trustees will also each bring different specific skills and experience to the Board of Trustees. Each trustee is expected to:
- Show commitment to the aims and work of Womankind, in particular women’s rights, gender equality and anti-racism, and a clear commitment to intersectional feminist values and principles.
- Work as part of a team, in a culture of learning and change, and contribute to a board culture of inclusive, honest, constructive dialogue.
- Demonstrate strategic vision and think creatively.
- Be willing to speak their mind, whilst operating with tact and diplomacy, and exercise independent judgement.
- Support the senior management team and staff in the implementation of strategy.
- Understand the legal duties, responsibilities and liabilities of trusteeship of a UK charity (induction training will be provided).
- Have the availability and commitment to perform the functions of the role and dedicate the time required. This includes preparing for and attending at least three of four Board meetings per year.
- Be willing to support, directly or indirectly, Womankind’s fundraising activities.
Skills and Person Specification:
Womankind is currently seeking Trustees with experience in the following areas:
- International charity finance management, including financial accounting and budgeting.
- Risk management and/or internal control, regulatory and compliance skills.
- Human resource management, including working internationally across different jurisdictions with an approach rooted in equity and anti-racism
- Trustees would be strongly encouraged to also consider joining the Finance & Resources Sub-Committee (FRC) of the Board.

Domestically, our 26 offices across the U.S. ensure new arrivals have food, shelter, and clothing, and work with refugees to help them gain self-sufficiency.SCOPE OF WORK: IRC programming assists refugees to become economically self-sufficient and supports acclimatization within the United States by providing access to casework services. All IRC service provision is provided through the lens of Gender, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (GEDI). This role will support the IRC’s Gender Equality work, cross-cutting programmatically and departmentally to support the administration of equitable services and the proper consideration of gender concerns in programmatic and departmental initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide clients with support in the completion and submission of various applications to assist the reduction of barriers caused by gender inequities (childcare voucher applications, Lifeline phone applications, etc.).
- Conduct trainings on the topics of public transportation, childcare, digital literacy, and financial literacy to reduce barriers caused by gender inequities.
- Coordinate with casework and economic empowerment service teams to support clients over the course of their service provision at the IRC in issues of gender equity.
- With IRC Gender Equality Champions, implement and monitor performance on one or more in-progress Gender Equality initiatives.
- Engage respectfully with all clients regardless of background.
- Facilitate and conduct client outings (contingent upon office status) to financial institutions, libraries and various other venues to support client engagement with needed resources.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:- Intern will gain insights into IRC casework and workforce programs and the process of refugee and asylee integration within the United States.
- Intern will learn to communicate effectively with clients across cultures and with interpreters.
- Intern will learn individual coaching techniques to engage and empower adults.
- Intern will learn about the IRC’s GEDI work and how it informs client engagement and support on an organizational, regional and local level.
Minimum Qualifications:- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and writing skills, including cross-cultural communicative skills
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change
- Strong interest in refugee and asylee issues as well as in Gender Equality and Diversity work
- Language skills in Spanish, Amharic, Dari, Pashto, French, Kinyarwanda or Swahili are a plus
- Three month minimum. Required 24 hours/week. Preferred full-time.

Gender-based violence (GBV) MigrationThe PhD has been allocated to the Gender and Social Change research theme in SERC for the topic "Trauma-Informed and Victim-Centred Practice Responses and Services for Domestic and Family Violence Victims/Survivors from Migrant and Refugee Backgrounds
This research proposal aims to contribute to the development of more effective, trauma-informed, and victim-centred services for women from migrant and refugee backgrounds experiencing Domestic and Family Violence (DFV). The project will involve qualitative research with practitioners and victims/survivors to better understand the opportunities and barriers to responding to DFV among migrant and refugee communities.
This PhD will be conducted with publication. Internship opportunities with partner organisations will be explored.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent research, written and engagement skills. This PhD is suitable for graduates in the areas of gender studies, sociology, social work or other related disciplines. Working or research experience in the DFV sector is desirable.
EligibilityA bachelor degree requiring at least four years of full-time study in a relevant discipline awarded with honours. The degree should include a research component comprised of a thesis, other research projects or research methodology courses that constitute at least 25% of a full-time academic year (or part-time equivalent). The applicant must have achieved at least a distinction average in the final year; or a master degree that includes a research component comprised of at least 25% of a full-time academic year (or part-time equivalent) with an overall distinction average or a master degree without a research component with at least a high distinction average
