Bold Voices is an award-winning CIC Ltd by guarantee working in schools across the UK delivering education on gender inequality and gender-based violence.
We appreciate that terms such as ‘gender-based’ or ‘sexual’ violence can be challenging and daunting, particularly when it comes to discussions with pupils. The reality is that young people are not shielded from these issues and they are experiencing forms of gender-based violence every day - in school, on the streets, at university, in their relationships and increasingly online. Keeping our young people safe and healthy means ensuring they have the right spaces for learning about and discussing these issues.

Our backgrounds are varied and include masters level study in gender and education as well as many years experience facilitating difficult conversations with young people.
The purpose of the board is to support Bold Voices in its growth and operational running. The Bold Voices board is intended to complement and strengthen the strategic and operational running of Bold Voices, led by CEO & Founder Natasha Eeles.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a dynamic social impact organisation with a vision to eradicate young people’s experiences of gender inequality and gender-based violence.
Strategic Vision: Collaborate with other board members and leadership to establish and guide the organisation's strategic direction and long-term objectives.
