You'll work alongside the CEO and Head of People and Performance across administration, governance, projects, people and organisational operations. You will be trusted to take ownership, anticipate needs, solve problems and ensure things simply get done.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level support to the CEO and Head of People and Performance including diary and meeting coordination, preparation of key materials, and management of priorities, deadlines and communications, while acting as a central liaison across internal and external stakeholders.- Assist the CEO, Company Secretary and Board Chair in delivering effective governance-related activities as required.
- Assist with the coordination of core people processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee records, payroll while supporting engagement and workforce initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day office and organisational administration, ensuring smooth operations, coordination of resources, and delivery of events, communications and general support services.
- Contribute to improving systems, processes and ways of working by identifying efficiencies, supporting implementation of improvements, and promoting best practice across the organisation.
About You
• Relevant qualifications in Business, Administration, Human Resources or Project Management (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in positively engaging with multiple stakeholders across all organisation levels and externally.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives.
• Proficient IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite of programs and experience/knowledge of other business related software
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong administrative and organisational capability.

Le profil que nous cherchonsVous disposez d’une formation supérieure de type Bac+5 en sciences politique/coopération internationale. Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans le plaidoyer.Également :- Vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre capacité à travailler en équipe et avec des collectifs partenaires ;
- Vous avez une première expérience dans la communication d’influence ;

Plan International France a obtenu en 2022 l’octroi d’une Convention Programme auprès de l’AFD intitulée OSEER – « Opportunités d’insertion Socio-Economique et Environnementale (insertion intégrale) durable des jeunes, pour une transformation des Rapports sociaux de genre en Afrique de l’Ouest et centrale ». Après une première phase (2022-2025), une deuxième phase (2026-2028) est en cours de démarrage.
Objectif de l’étude de base.
Objectif général de l’étude de base : L’objectif principal est de dresser un état des lieux des indicateurs du projet à son démarrage au Sénégal et au Togo en vue de faciliter le suivi de leur progrès et la comparabilité à mi-parcours et à la fin du projet. En cas de données manquantes, il peut s’avérer nécessaire de collecter des données supplémentaires afin d'établir une base de référence. Ce rapport d'étude sera utilisé comme référence pour suivre les progrès du projet par rapport aux indicateurs définis pour le projet.
Qualification de l'équipe d'évaluation
L’équipe de consultant.e.s doit posséder les compétences et expériences suivantes : '
• Expérience confirmée (5 années) dans la conduite de recherches en développement, y compris les études de base et finale dans un contexte de programme multi-pays ;
• Expérience confirmée dans la conduite d’étude en Afrique de l’Ouest, de préférence au Sénégal et/ou au Togo ;
• Expérience confirmée dans la conduite d’étude impliquant une participation de jeunes ;
• Maîtrise des méthodes qualitatives de collecte de données ;
• Maîtrise des méthodes quantitatives de collecte de données ;
• Expérience confirmée dans l’analyse de données, y compris dans le cadre de programme multi pays ;

Position OverviewThe Advocacy & Membership Officer supports the coordination of survivor- and member-centered advocacy engagement across Brave’s global movement. Consultants should be available to work remotely and collaboratively with the Mercy Corps teams on the ground, and flexible to travel if required.

- Proposal Development and Design

Summary:

The Job: Reporting to the Associate Director for National Legal Strategies, Europe, the Advocacy Adviser is responsible for developing and implementing advocacy strategies to advance and protect reproductive rights in Europe, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, and works closely with other Europe program staff to ensure alignment with the regional Work Plan and the Center’s Strategic Plan.

Program / Department SummaryMercy Corps is seeking a GESI, Protection & Safeguarding Advisor for the FCDO-funded Border Security Programme (BSP). Irregular migration and associated criminal activity in East Africa remain a complex and escalating challenge which leads to significant exploitation of vulnerable people on the move. BSP will take a multifaceted approach – integrating ‘prevention’, ‘prepare/protect’ and ‘pursue’. An important purpose of this programme is to support the pursuit of human traffickers and smugglers who are exploiting vulnerable populations on the move. General Position SummaryThe GESI, Protection & Safeguarding Advisor is a vital role within the BSP and is responsible for developing and overseeing an overall vision for how protection and safeguarding can be maintained across programme interventions and partners, ensuring differentiated approaches across a range of vulnerable groups.
