Trustees (including the Co-Chairs of Trustees) are on the Board in an individual, rather than in an organisational capacity. These positions are therefore open for applications from both members and non-members of GADN, although it is expected that Trustees will become members if they are not already. GADN’s Board of Trustees endeavours to be a diverse Board and will be looking for candidates who can bring different perspectives to the leadership of the network.
GADN is seeking people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences to join our Board of Trustees. As we continue working to decolonise our practice and build an anti-racist organisation, we actively welcome applications from Black women and Women of Colour who we recognise are underrepresented in decision-making spaces in the UK international development sector.
Among our Trustees we are looking for the following attributes. It is not necessary for any one candidate to meet all the criteria.

Responsibilities- Provide HIV and STI-related technical assistance to the project team.

- Minimum 6 years experience in implementing projects on HIV and STIs

- Significant experience in SRHR programming including comprehensive sexuality education and training health care providers in STI and HIV.

- A good knowledge of global health development issues, especially community-based approach to addressing HIV/AIDS, health system strengthening, and familiarity with health information systems

Deliverables:
• To guide and oversee an effective project management system and approach that provides for appropriate standardisation, supports the Secretariat and Member Associations in implementing best practices, and allows for clear responsibility, accountability, and performance of projects funded through primarily restricted and earmarked sources.

Women and Girls Network (WGN) is a pan-London charity which supports women and girls affected by all forms of gender-based violence. WGN’s services provide a holistic, integrated healing journey which promotes total, sustainable recovery, supporting women and girls who have survived so they can thrive.
Primary Job Purpose
• Operational and Case Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of WGN’s Core Independent Sexual Violence Advocacy (ISVA) service, including managing referrals, waiting lists, and case allocation processes. Provide line and case management for the Core ISVA team, ensuring advocates receive the support needed for high-quality service delivery that exemplifies WGN’s ethos and values.

• Policy and Practice Development: Collaborate with the ISVA team and Head of Service to develop policies, procedures, and practices that maintain and enhance a safe, high-quality, empowering, and innovative service rooted in WGN’s intersectional framework and Holistic Empowerment Recovery (HER) Model.
• Data Collection and Reporting: Support the effective collection and presentation of data for funding reports, research, capturing unmet needs, and identifying trends and gaps in service provision.
• Service Initiatives and Partnerships: Collaborate with the Head of Service to develop service initiatives and partnerships that advance survivor-led institutional change, including within the criminal justice system.
Knowledge & Experience

OBJECTIVE OF THE JOBThe Senior Interim Bookkeeper is responsible for the completeness of the financial administration of Mama Cash. The Senior Bookkeeper is overseeing and optimizing the financial operations of Mama Cash. This role includes preparing complex financial transactions, regular payments and payments to grantee-partners. The Senior Bookkeeper is responsible for reconciling the financial administration with other systems of Mama Cash such as Salesforce, Raisers Edge and the bank and is actively communicating with other departments and sharing information. About the Pool of Experts
In organising the events above, we strive to offer a high-quality educational and formative experience for young LGBTQI activists. To do so, we regularly rely on external experts who act as consultants.
This open call for a pool of experts responds to different needs:
- We want to prioritise young professionals, so as to provide visibility and opportunities for professional growth to LGBTQI experts up to 35 years old.
- We want to create a stronger link between IGLYO’s capacity-building offer and its Member Organisations, by prioritising not only participants coming from IGLYO Members, but also experts belonging to Members.
- We want to create stronger links with the international LGBTQI movement and engage with experts from outside of the European region to enrich the educational offer of our online events (the Global Online Activist Academy and the webinars). We also recognise the importance of broadening our perspectives beyond a Eurocentric framework.
We know that young people are knowledgeable and capable and that our Member Organisations are an important repository of expertise on LGBTQI rights. Therefore, we are launching this call to find young experts on LGBTQI rights and LGBTQI activism who will act as a resource for all IGLYO’s capacity-building events.
Therefore, we are looking for young people (aged 18 to 35 at the time of application) with specific expertise in different aspects of LGBTQI rights, activism, non-formal education, facilitation and moderation.
Roles and responsibilities of the Pool of Experts
As a member of the Pool of Experts, you will:
- Design and deliver in-person workshops within your area of expertise

The role

Movement buildingThe African Women’s Development Fund (AWDF) and its project partners seek independent evaluation consultants to evaluate the implementation of the KASA! Initiative which supports sexual violence prevention and advocacy interventions in Ghana, Nigeria and Senegal and at regional levels. The evaluation will be used to inform the necessary adjustments or changes for the remainder of the initiative as well as to inform and improve the development of future programming, including grant-making support to our partners, advocacy strategy and stakeholder engagement. The evaluation is expected to be carried out in 3 months, from June to August 2025.
Scope of Work
In line with AWDF’s strategic priorities, AWDF is commissioning a mid-term review of the KASA! Initiative, which is just past halfway through the initial five-year contract. The programme evaluation will cover the implementation period from June 2021 to December 2024. KASA! The initiative has supported 45 women’s rights and feminist organisations (24 in Nigeria, 12 in Ghana and 9 in Senegal) since June 2021. The duration of the evaluation is 3 months. The deliverables include an inception report, data collection, analysis and reporting, two validation workshops and final delivery of the evaluation report including a slide set and infographic.
Qualifications and Experience Required
The call is open to individuals or teams of consultants led by women or gender-diverse persons in Africa, preferably Ghana, Nigeria and/or Senegal, with the following required skills and experience:
- Hold a graduate degree in Social Sciences or related studies
- Have at least 8 to 10 years of work in the Global South towards promoting and protecting human rights and gender/social justice
- Demonstrated experience working in the area of sexual violence in Senegal, Ghana and Nigeria and/or across Africa
- Demonstrated experience in designing and carrying out evaluations for large multi-actor programmes, using Feminist MEL and related evaluation approaches
- Experience in evaluating similar programmes in the three focus countries and/or regions in the Global South
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and French
- English and French writing skills and report-writing experience.

Objective of the gender analysis

In particular, the analysis seeks to:
- Highlight strengths within the draft Bill that contribute to gender equality while identifying specific gaps and barriers that require further consultation and reforms, if any.

L’UNFPA est l’agence directrice de l’ONU pour la réalisation d’un monde où chaque grossesse est désirée, chaque accouchement est sans danger, et le potentiel de chaque jeune est accompli. Le nouveau plan stratégique de l'UNFPA (2023-2027) met l'accent sur trois résultats transformateurs : mettre fin aux décès maternels évitables ; mettre fin aux besoins non satisfaits de planification familiale ; et mettre fin aux violences basés sur le genre et aux autres pratiques néfastes.
Objectifs du Poste:
Sous la supervision générale du Représentant et la supervision directe du Coordonnateur du sous - bureau UNFPA à Diffa, et en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires du terrain, les responsables de programmes et l’équipe des Opérations de UNFPA, l’analyste de programme Gender- based violence integrated management system (GBV/IMS) i) assure le développement et suit la mise en œuvre des activités sur le GBVIMS ; ii) contribue à la conception et à la formulation du programme et veille à l’intégration des questions de violences basées sur le genre dans le programme pays et les plans annuels de travail, élabore et coordonne la gestion du plan d’actions sur la gestion des données VBG ; ii) assure le suivi de la collecte, la compilation, le reporting, le partage de connaissances et la dissémination des informations/données désagrégées sur les VBG iii) contribue au renforcement de capacités des partenaires sur le terrain en matière de collecte, de gestion et de reporting sur les données VBG et sur les questions de politiques, règles et procédures en la matière, iv) assure une gestion efficiente des ressources et la sauvegarde des biens mis à disposition.
Qualifications- Diplôme universitaire: Master en sciences sociales, médicales, ou dans tout autre domaine pertinent.
- Minimum deux (2) années d’expériences professionnelles dans la mise en œuvre et le suivi des actions relatives aux Violences Basées sur le Genre.
- Expérience professionnelle en planification, conception et gestion de programmes/projets de développement, en statistiques ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience en coordination et liaison avec les homologues gouvernementaux et autres parties prenantes, y compris les ONG et les communautés.
- Expérience souhaitée dans la gestion de cas de Violences Basées sur le Genre, des services multisectoriels et des référencements.
- Connaissance du soutien multisectoriel et de l'approche centrée sur les survivants.
- Connaissance des programmes de mentorat.
- Avoir une parfaite maîtrise du Français (oral et écrit) et une bonne connaissance de l'Anglais (oral et écrit).
