How can you make a difference?

The Project Management Consultant will support UNICEF in the effective day-to-day coordination and operational management of the program and will serve as the main operational focal point for the CRC teams, providing initial Training of Trainers (ToT), continuous technical support and troubleshooting, coordinating implementation and communication with the CRCs, supporting online trainings and school visits, coordinating the dispatch and delivery of menstrual hygiene products at schools and liaising with the donor, and monitoring progress and documentation throughout the assignment.

Minimum requirements:

Education:
  • Advanced University degree in Project Management, Public Health, Education, Social Sciences, Child Rights, Gender Studies, International Development, or related fields.

Work Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project/program management.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs and coordinating implementing partners/teams.
  • Experience in training and capacity building, including ToT and technical assistance.
  • Experience in monitoring, reporting and results tracking.

Skills:
  • Knowledge of menstrual health and hygiene, child rights, adolescent health, gender or school-based programming is an asset.
  • Strong coordination, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Language Requirements:
  • Fluency in Greek and English
