Based in Blackburn, Victoria, this part-time contract position is essential for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and fostering a positive workplace culture We're looking for an exceptional Operations & People Coordinator to become the organisational hub that keeps our leadership team connected, our people supported and our operations running smoothly.

The Opportunity


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on responsibility and loves making a difference behind the scenes.

You'll work alongside the CEO and Head of People and Performance across administration, governance, projects, people and organisational operations. You will be trusted to take ownership, anticipate needs, solve problems and ensure things simply get done.

Key Responsibilities


Provide high-level support to the CEO and Head of People and Performance including diary and meeting coordination, preparation of key materials, and management of priorities, deadlines and communications, while acting as a central liaison across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the CEO, Company Secretary and Board Chair in delivering effective governance-related activities as required.
  • Assist with the coordination of core people processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee records, payroll while supporting engagement and workforce initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day office and organisational administration, ensuring smooth operations, coordination of resources, and delivery of events, communications and general support services.
  • Contribute to improving systems, processes and ways of working by identifying efficiencies, supporting implementation of improvements, and promoting best practice across the organisation.

About You

• Relevant qualifications in Business, Administration, Human Resources or Project Management (preferred) 
• Demonstrated experience in positively engaging with multiple stakeholders across all organisation levels and externally. 
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives. 
• Proficient IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite of programs and experience/knowledge of other business related software 
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Strong administrative and organisational capability. 
• Excellent written communication. 
• Experience maintaining confidential information.
