ABOUT WDW
Women Doing Well equips, inspires, and activates women to live generously—not as an afterthought, but as the defining rhythm of their lives. We believe generosity isn’t just about what you give; it’s about who you become. Through our signature Pathway experience, local engagement events, and research-backed resources, we walk alongside women as they discover what it means to be biblically motivated, purpose-filled, and passionate about making an eternal difference.

Our work is rooted in the belief that when women embrace generosity with their time, talents, resources and influence, they don’t just change their own lives – they transform families, communities and generations. We are a small, nimble team with values aligned volunteers and a big vision – to create a movement of women who give boldly, lead courageously, and live with the freedom and joy that only generosity can bring. If you’re looking for missional work that enables life changing impact, we would love to talk with you.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced, driven Project Manager to serve as the operational connector for Women Doing Well. This is an org-wide role, not limited to a single department or event, responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to WDW’s full portfolio of cross-departmental work. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you will own the systems, timelines, and coordination processes that keep programs, events, content production, local market activity, and donor engagement moving in alignment.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, mission-first culture, can hold multiple priorities without losing sight of the details, and brings a servant-leadership orientation to every interaction. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who is as comfortable building a project system from scratch as they are maintaining momentum across a busy season.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • One to three years of project management experience, in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across teams in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and comfort working with high-level donors and leadership
  • Proficiency with project management platforms; experience with Monday.com is a strong plus
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to WDW’s mission
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities

Cultural Fit Requirements:
  • Self-Starter — Takes initiative before being asked
  • Collaborative — Thrives in a team environment
  • Mission-Aligned — Cares about women’s generosity and Kingdom impact
  • Hospitality-Minded — Brings warmth and excellence to every interaction with guests
  • Adaptable — Stays calm and solution-focused when plans shift
