We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and results-oriented Gender Expert to join us in advancing gender equality, women's leadership, peacebuilding, governance, and inclusive development across Ethiopia.
We are looking for someone with:
✅ Strong experience in gender analysis, research, and programme implementation
✅ Excellent proposal and report writing skills
✅ Experience facilitating trainings and stakeholder engagement
✅ Proven ability to provide technical support on gender equality and social inclusion
✅ Mandatory proficiency in Afan Oromo (spoken and written)
