Feminists in Kenya (FIK) is seeking a Strategic Plan Designer to support the design and visual layout of our 2026–2031 Strategic Plan.
We are looking for a designer who can transform our Strategy into compelling visual storytelling. The selected consultant will support the design of the Strategic Plan document and develop engaging visual representations of key components including our Theory of Change, Pathway of Change, strategic priorities, and organizational framework.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience designing strategic plans, annual reports, impact reports, or similar publications
- Has strong skills in layout, typography, and information design
- Can translate complex ideas into clear and accessible visual formats
- Has experience creating custom diagrams, frameworks, and infographics
- Can work collaboratively and incorporate feedback
- Has a portfolio demonstrating relevant work

- Designed Strategic Plan (2026–2031)
- Theory of Change visual
- Pathway of Change visual
- Strategic framework diagrams and supporting graphics
- Final publication-ready files
