Akili Dada is an international award-winning leadership incubator that nurtures a generation of young African women from underprivileged backgrounds whose commitment to underserved communities is transforming society. Under the KBEST Program, Akili Dada is organizing a one-day Career Symposium that will bring together approximately 500 young women and youth from Kwale County, Kilifi County, and Mombasa County. To ensure full participation and inclusion of participants who are Deaf or hard of hearing, Akili Dada seeks the services of a qualified Kenyan Sign Language (KSL) Interpreter for the event.

Purpose of the Assignment
The purpose of this assignment is to provide professional Kenyan Sign Language interpretation services during the Career Symposium to ensure accessibility, effective communication, and meaningful participation of Deaf and hard-of-hearing participants throughout the event.
Deliverables
The Interpreter shall:
1.Attend the full one-day Career Symposium.
2.Provide continuous Kenyan Sign Language interpretation during assigned sessions.
3.Participate in pre-event coordination meetings as required.
4.Support accessibility efforts throughout the event to enhance participant engagement
