Case Management Specialist Consultant (Short-Term Consultancy)
The Rainbow Alive Hub Initiative (TRAHI) is seeking a qualified Case Management Specialist Consultant to support the design and implementation of a secure, confidential, and survivor-centered digital case management and referral system for LGBTQIA+ persons accessing legal aid and support services in Lagos State, Nigeria.

The consultant will assess TRAHI's existing case handling processes and develop practical tools and systems that strengthen case intake, documentation, tracking, referrals, follow-up, and reporting. The assignment will contribute to improving the quality, accountability, and responsiveness of TRAHI's Legal Desk and emergency legal response services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assess TRAHI's current case management and referral processes.
  • Design and configure a secure digital case management system.
  • Develop standardized case intake forms, referral templates, and tracking tools.
  • Establish workflows for case documentation, escalation, confidentiality, and follow-up.
  • Develop data protection and access management procedures.
  • Train staff and relevant personnel on the use of the system.
  • Provide recommendations for strengthening long-term case coordination and reporting.
  • Support initial rollout and troubleshooting of the system.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in case management, information management, safeguarding, legal services, humanitarian response, social work, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience designing or managing case management systems.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality, ethical documentation, and survivor-centered approaches.
  • Experience working with vulnerable, marginalized, or at-risk populations.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with LGBTQIA+ communities or human rights organizations is an added advantage.

Duration
Approximately 3-4 weeks.

Location
Remote with virtual engagements as required.
