About Sistech
Programme management in most organisations means keeping things on track. At Sistech, it determines whether uprooted and displaced women access qualified tech jobs and build sustainable livelihoods in their host communities. Since 2017, we've supported over 900 women across France, Italy, and Greece, with 70% achieving positive outcomes—employment or advanced training placements. We're now scaling toward 1% of refugee women of working age in Europe in tech jobs by 2033.

Responsibilities
1. Programme Design, Curriculum Development & Continuous Improvement
● Co-design and continuously improve programmes with the Programmes Coordinator, ensuring curricula meet Fellows' needs and tech industry requirements
● Develop and refine project plans and career paths based on Fellows’ feedback, outcomes, and local tech industry demands
● Implement data-driven improvements cohort after cohort to enhance learning outcomes and Fellows’ experience
● Experiment with innovative educational approaches and AI-powered learning tools to optimize engagement and skill development
2. Programme Execution & Operational Delivery
● Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery of sessions, materials, and events for Fellows and volunteers
● Animate weekly programme sessions and serve as the primary point of contact for

Fellows throughout their journey
● Manage programme budgets and expenses
● Maintain and optimize programme management tools and systems, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency
● Plan and deliver key events (onboarding, company visits, networking) with clear timelines
3. Employability, Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
● Lead employability initiatives, collaborating with the Partnerships Officer to identify job placements and career development opportunities
● Monitor and evaluate employability outcomes using data to inform curriculum and service improvements
● Support operational partnership execution, engaging tech industry partners for
content, mentoring, and hiring opportunities
● Reach out to local tech ecosystem stakeholders to strengthen programme quality and Fellow opportunities

4. Data Management, Quality Standards & Cross-Team Collaboration
● Track and maintain accurate programme data (participation, outcomes, feedback, partnerships) using designated tools
● Ensure compliance with data standards and contribute programme data for impact measurement and funder reporting
● Deliver consistent onboarding, engagement, and offboarding experiences for Fellows, volunteers, and partners
● Participate in team workshops and retrospectives; identify operational priorities and deliver on KPIs while embodying Sistech values

Desired Experience
The successful candidate will have demonstrated project management experience, ideally in non-profit, education, or social impact contexts, with comfort in tech-enabled environments.
● 4-5 years of project management experience, ideally including programme design and delivery
● Professional background in or direct experience of the tech sector
● Experience working in small organizations, startups, or agile environments
● Demonstrated experience leading operational development of a programme or project from design to delivery
● Familiarity with digital literacy, tech education, or skills development programmes
● Background in social impact and refugee/migrant rights (professional or voluntary) sis.tech
● Fluent in French and English.
