EDUXO – European Network for Democracy & Equality – is seeking a strategic and partnership-oriented Membership Manager (Organisations) to develop and manage its organisational membership network across Europe. This volunteer role is key to strengthening collaboration with NGOs, educational institutions, youth groups, and other partners aligned with EDUXO’s feminist and youth-led mission.

Role Overview
The Membership Manager (Organisations) is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional and organisational members, ensuring they are actively engaged and supported. The role involves close collaboration with multiple teams, including Membership, Partnerships, Advocacy, Events, and Governance, contributing to EDUXO’s growth as a European network.

Key Responsibilities
  •  Coordinate onboarding and registration of organisational members 
  •  Manage relationships with NGOs, schools, universities, and institutional partners 
  •  Maintain a GDPR-compliant membership database 
  •  Facilitate communication and engagement with organisational members 
  •  Draft tailored updates, reports, and communications 
  •  Identify and support collaboration opportunities (events, campaigns, initiatives) 
  •  Coordinate organisational participation in EDUXO activities 
  •  Monitor engagement and partnership trends through reports 
  •  Support governance processes involving organisational members 
  •  Collaborate with Partnerships and Advocacy teams to strengthen external relations 
  •  Contribute to membership strategy and benefits development 
  •  Participate in monthly coordination meetings 

Main Activities
Tasks may include outreach to potential partners, coordinating participation in initiatives such as Loveducation and YouthPowerEU, managing partner communications, supporting multi-stakeholder meetings, and ensuring organisations are informed about opportunities and benefits. The role also involves facilitating connections between organisational members and internal teams.

Requirements
  •  Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills 
  •  Interest or experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or NGO relations 
  •  Ability to interact professionally with institutions and organisations 
  •  Structured, reliable, and collaborative working style 
  •  Familiarity with spreadsheets or CRM tools 
  •  Alignment with feminist, inclusive, and intersectional values 
  •  Motivation to support a youth-led European NGO 
  •  Fluency in English (Italian or French is a plus)
