Fellows will be appointed to work on projects led by Principal Investigator Dr. Diana Greene Foster. Specifically, fellows will have the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Foster on analyses of longitudinal data on socio-demographic and economic factors, reproductive health, and fertility. Key responsibilities will include developing data analysis plans, cleaning, coding, and analyzing data, drafting presentations and papers, and contributing to abstracts, scientific reports, and journal articles. Additionally, 20% of this fellowship will be allotted to independent research, which includes time to attend seminars and conferences, submit grants, and/or develop research projects. Dr. Foster will provide strategic guidance on skill and career development and support the fellows to further develop new areas of research. Fellows will be expected to engage in advanced research and to fully participate in the research life of ANSIRH.
