What you do here
- Participate in the SNSF project «(Un)changing gender roles and family diversity in Switzerland and beyond: causes, consequences, and challenges (GenFam)», which is being carried out in cooperation with several universities in Switzerland.
- Coordinate the project together with the project manager and a doctoral student.
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting empirical data
- To contribute to the dissemination of research results (e.g., through conference presentations)
- Write and publish scientific articles
What you should ideally bring
- PhD in Social Sciences
- Excellent knowledge in the areas of (Swiss) labor market, social and equality policy
- Experience with empirical social research (especially qualitative: interviews and ethnographic observations)
- Experience with scientific research strategies and additional affinity for quantitative survey methods.
- Excellent German skills, good French and English skills (English is the working language in the overall project)
- Personal responsibility, commitment, communication and teamwork skills
