Value For Women Ltd.'s Advisory Practice is dedicated to promoting gender inclusion in business, finance, and investment. We partner with financial institutions, investors, and businesses in emerging markets to create practical, context-specific solutions for sustainable change.
We are forming a select group of highly qualified French-speaking consultants to collaborate on upcoming advisory projects in Sub-Saharan Africa, starting in Q3-Q4 2025. The primary focus will be on financial institutions in Côte d’Ivoire and the Democratic Republic of Congo, with potential involvement in other gender-inclusion initiatives.
The expected scope of work involves:
- Conducting gender diagnostics for both internal and customer-facing aspects
- Analyzing customer data
- Carrying out market research
- Contributing to strategy and product development
- Designing and delivering training for client teams
We are looking for mid- to senior-level consultants who have:
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) and proficient English skills
- Demonstrated experience advising financial institutions in Sub-Saharan Africa
- A solid background in gender inclusion, women's economic empowerment, or related fields (preferred)
- The capability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in leading work streams or acting as a senior advisor on deliverables-based contracts
