About Badili Africa
Badili Africa is a non-profit organization committed to leveraging the organizing power of grassroots women, young women in informal settlements and learning institutions, and women political mobilizers to enhance civic engagement and end Gender-based violence towards creating more inclusive political spaces and processes. We are democratic innovators! We work with Chama women, students and women political mobilizers, linking mainstream political dialogue with organic civic agency in the margins and unconventional spaces. As we mark six (6) years of operation and impact, we are strengthening our governance systems and expanding our reach and impact. We are seeking exceptional and personate leaders to join our next Board.
Why Join Our Board?
Our Board members are our brand ambassadors, mentors and network builders. They provide oversight, guidance and strategic direction while volunteering their skills, experience, networks and relationships to support our mission of empowering women and girls in Kenya.
