We're seeking an experienced Digital & Communications Officer to support our team across various areas. While we have team members covering these functions, our overall capacity is limited. Key Responsibilities

Website Management: Update design and copy to enhance SEO, reach, and user experience, ensuring key pages (e.g., programme bookings and partnership opportunities) are optimised for conversions. Experience using SquareSpace required. - Email Marketing: Manage and improve email campaigns via Squarespace, reviewing current processes to increase newsletter growth and refine user journeys for better engagement. Experience using SquareSpace required.

Social Media Insights & Strategy: Assisting in developing social media strategy, pulling together monthly updates of social media insights, and assisting the team in developing and tracking campaign KPIs.
Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience interactions, ensuring a strong and active presence across digital platforms.
