Key Responsibilities
Programmes & Impact (45% of time)

Lead on developing a new curriculum which builds on the work of our Global Girl Leadership Initiative and which supports girls to better make change in their communities and be active in the network. -
Work in partnership with the CEO and Founder to develop the strategy for expansion and development of the Global Girl Leadership Initiative. -
Lead on the strengthening of our Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning system, with a particular focus on developing our longitudinal data collection, and measuring the impact of networks. -
Oversee the effective running of our programming across the ten global locations it currently operates (with rapid growth expected), through the support and supervision of our Regional Programme Coordinators. -
Lead on the development of a thriving network and ecosystem of girls across the world who are making change in their communities.
Fundraising (35% of time)

Develop strong and equitable relationships with our implementation partners across the world, with a particular focus on collaborative fundraising and development of new opportunities, acting as a partner to the CEO and Founder. -
Build an ecosystem of partners, providing opportunities for connection, learning and to open up new funding opportunities..
Administration (20% of time)

Oversee the content creation and management of our online learning platform. -
Supervise and Support our Regional Programme Coordinators -
Ensure that safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to across our programming.
About You
You Will Be…

Self-motivated and driven, we work remotely and you will have a lot of scope to bring your own ideas to this role, so we need someone who can come up with new ideas and drive them forward. -
Incredibly organised and efficient, as you will be managing a large programme across multiple countries. -

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in programme management and impact measurement.
- At least 3 years experience managing programme teams and international programmes
- Experience directly delivering programming in at least three of the following regions: Latin America, Caribbean, Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East, Central Asia, South Asia, East Asia.
- Experience developing and improving and implementing curriculums designed for young people from marginalised backgrounds, particularly girls.
- Experience developing and managing impact measurement systems, including familiarity with Theories of Change, MEL Frameworks, and data gathering tools.
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience working in environments with low technology penetration and a low level of understanding and exposure to online tools.
