L’opposition aux droits des femmes et des filles (particulièrement les droits sexuels et reproductifs) et à l’égalité de genre constitue le socle fédérateur de leur récit comme des politiques conservatrices qu’ils impulsent. Selon ONU femmes, les droits des femmes ont ainsi reculé dans un pays sur 4 en 2024.
.Dans le cadre de ce contrat, le/ la titulaire du poste devra :
- Réaliser une revue de littérature sur les mouvements féministes dans les Suds, avec une attention particulière pour la (ou les) région(s) dans laquelle (lesquelles) se dérouleront le(s) terrain(s) (historique, dynamiques, enjeux actuels, narratifs, etc.) ;
- Mener, sous l’encadrement de la division Lien social et de son comité de thèse, des travaux analytiques sur les recompositions des mouvements féministes des Suds à partir du cas d’un ou plusieurs pays africains ;
- Contribuer aux chantiers transversaux de la division, notamment en termes de production de connaissances et de communication/capitalisation sur l’égalité de genre et les mouvements féministes.En postulant, la/le candidat.e à la thèse devra présenter une proposition de recherche établie avec un.e directeur.rice de recherche de son choix, basé.e dans un laboratoire de recherche français. Un partenariat ou une co-tutelle avec un laboratoire basé dans une université des Suds sera privilégié.La proposition de recherche contiendra les éléments suivants : i) contexte et introduction ; 2) état de l’art de la thématique de recherche envisagée ; 3) problématisation du sujet et question de recherche ; 4) méthodologie et terrain envisagés ; 5) résultats attendus et objectifs de valorisation académique et opérationnelle ; 6) chronogramme prévisionnel de conduite des travaux de recherche (10-15 pages maximum, police Arial 11, interligne 1,15, hors annexes et bibliographie).Profil candidat.e

GBV / VAWGThe Pacific Community (SPC) – Human Rights and Social Development (HRSD), as Secretariat to the Regional Working Group (RWG) on the Implementation of Family Protection/Domestic Violence Legislation, seeks a senior consultant to strengthen GBV evidence across RWG member countries. The assignment centres on (i) facilitating a regional dialogue/community of practice on planning and resourcing WHO‑aligned VAW prevalence studies; (ii) producing a situational analysis of domestic violence data collection across government, CSOs and FBOs; and (iii) developing a practical regional guideline for an integrated GBV administrative database that harmonises data from police, health, social services, justice and crisis/support providers.Key Responsibilities- Design and facilitate regional dialogue: Convene RWG members and partners (incl. UN agencies and research institutes) to share lessons on commissioning and implementing WHO‑framework VAW studies, from planning and budgeting to dissemination and use of findings.
- Situational analysis: Lead a participatory assessment of current DV/GBV data collection methods and systems across sectors; document strengths, gaps, risks, mitigation strategies and opportunities; and recommend capacity‑building priorities. Country visits to selected members may be required.
- Regional guideline for integrated admin data: Draft a practical guideline defining minimum datasets, common definitions/classifications, confidentiality/ethics safeguards, and basic interoperability to consolidate multi‑agency GBV data into a single database.
- Planning and reporting: Prepare a workplan and inception report; manage consultations; analyse findings; present to SPC and the RWG Data Collection & M&E Sub‑committee; and produce draft and final deliverables to schedule.
- Collaboration and coordination: Work closely with the HRSD focal point and RWG Sub‑committee to align outputs with regional monitoring needs and member country contexts.
Person Specifications (Skills & Qualifications)- Expertise in VAWG statistics: 7+ years leading or advising on VAW prevalence research, with deep familiarity with the WHO methodology and ethical/safety protocols.
- Pacific context experience: Demonstrated, practical experience with Pacific Island government systems and CSO/FBO partners; knowledge of prior Pacific VAW studies and capacity‑development ecosystems (donors, UN, research institutes).
- Partnership brokering: Proven ability to convene and negotiate across government, NGOs, UN and donors to build workable agreements and shared standards.

Climate & Environmental justice GBV / VAWGAbout the PlatformThe Southeast Asia Gender-based Violence Prevention Platform ("the Platform") is a regionally led, Australian-funded initiative that aims to address the need and demand for increased investment in, and coordination of, gender-based violence (GBV) primary prevention initiatives in the Southeast Asia region. The Platform aims to strengthen locally-led efforts to prevent GBV through evidence-based advocacy, dialogue, policy and practice in Southeast Asia.
ObjectivesThe CCS will develop and implement a strategy to integrate climate change considerations into the Platform's GBV prevention programming. This role ensures that the Platform:- Generates and applies evidence of good practices on the intersection of climate change and GBV (Demonstrate).
- Supports advocacy and multi-stakeholder dialogue on climate-responsive GBV prevention (Advocate).
- Builds the capacity of practitioners and policymakers to design and implement inclusive, climate-informed GBV prevention initiatives (Facilitate).
Scope of WorkThe CCS will:- By 15 June 2026, deliver a strategy that analyses potential entry points and activities for the platform related to the intersection of GBV and climate change.
- Design and deliver initiatives for grantees, mentors, WROs, and CSOs on climate-GBV linkages, including training, technical inputs, and support for integrating GBV prevention into climate adaptation and mitigations programs.
- Provide inputs into strategies, Terms of References, briefs, reports, and documents to ensure climate considerations are embedded in the Platform's overall program delivery.
- Review and strengthen monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) tools to track climate-related outcomes in GBV prevention programming where possible.

2. Duties and responsibilities
Strategic Leadership :- In collaboration with the Co-Director, determine and maintain strategic focus for the VAW Prevention in line with the Raising Voices organizational strategy.
- Lead periodic strategic reviews and reflections of the VAW Prevention; to further strengthen the strategy.

Internal and External Relations :- Build and maintain mutually productive relationships with partners and other likeminded organizations.

Qualification- Minimum – BA Degree in development, social work, gender, human rights fields, or any other related area.
- Over 11 years’ experience working with an NGO and substantive experience in VAW Prevention; at least 6 of which should be in program leadership.
- Strong track record of technical leadership, and proven ability to produce demonstrable results.
- In depth Knowledge on women’s rights issues and feminist analysis of VAW.
- Understanding of effective VAW Prevention approaches and the current state of the field.
- Familiarity with coalition and movement building strategies.
- Knowledge of various learning methods and ways of knowledge generation.
- Good understanding of program coordination and financial management including oversight of large budgets.

GBV / VAWGAbout UNICEFFor 70 years, UNICEF has been working on the ground in 190 countries and territories to promote children's survival, protection and development.
Purpose of Activity/ Assignment:UNICEF has developed Laaha, a Virtual Safe Space (VSS) platform co-designed with adolescent girls. Laaha offers contextualized information on GBV, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and mental health and psychosocial support. Laaha has captured global attention, including from the private sector and other potential allies who are helping unlock new, non-traditional funding and positioning UNICEF at the forefront of ethical, girl-centered digital innovation.
The consultant will provide strategic and technical support on GBViE with a focus on technology and innovation, digital service delivery, and GBV risk mitigation. The consultant will contribute to the development, scaling, and sustainability of GBViE-related digital tools, while strengthening inter-agency alignment and donor engagement. The consultant will also support knowledge generation, safeguarding, and the ethical use of technology in GBV programming.
To ensure smooth continuity of this strategic workstream during UNICEF’s forthcoming transition to the new Centers of Excellence structure, the consultant will be tasked with supporting UNICEF’s global advocacy, networking, and partnership-building efforts related to GBViE. The consultant will also actively participate in the GBV AoR Technology & Innovations Reference Group, support engagement with donors and interagency bodies, and advise on advocacy for GBV integration. Additionally, the consultancy encompasses a strategic and technical advisory role for UNICEF’s digital GBViE products, such as scaling the Laaha virtual safe space platform and Primero/GBVIMS+, as well as supporting resource mobilization, advancing research on technology-facilitated GBV, and fostering collaborations with tech companies to address the digital gender gap.
The Consultant will help UNICEF’s GBViE team maintain critical momentum and ensure delivery of existing institutional commitments, including donor deliverables.Qualifications- Advanced university degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Women’s Studies, Political Sciences, Human Rights and International Law, Public Health, other related degree or equivalent programming experience

Overview
The Research Manager is an integral part of ILGA World, leading the organisation’s research function to inform, strengthen, and support advocacy, policy engagement, and capacity building for LGBTI organisations globally.
The role is responsible for implementing ILGA World’s research strategy as a core contribution to the organisation’s broader strategic goals and priorities, including those set out in the 2025–2029 Strategic Plan.
The Research Manager ensures that ILGA World’s research work is timely, rigorous, accessible, and responsive to the evolving needs of advocacy, movements, and decision-makers.
The Research Manager leads the collation, production, and dissemination of high-impact, data-driven research through key resources such as the ILGA World Database and the ILGA World Monitor, ensuring that data and analysis effectively inform advocacy strategies, policy discussions, and public narratives.
The role oversees flagship research initiatives, including Laws on Us and Our Identities Under Arrest, while contributing to the strategic development of ILGA World’s research portfolio and strengthening collaboration with internal programmes, ILGA regions, member organisations, and external partners.
Working closely with the Director of Programmes and colleagues across ILGA World, the Research Manager helps strengthen coherence between research, advocacy, and movement-building work, ensuring that research meaningfully informs and reinforces ILGA World’s efforts across intersecting human rights issues.
The Research Manager will manage one staff member and a team of consultants.
Requirements- A master’s university degree — or equivalent — in international human rights law or a related field, combined with 10 years of relevant work experience, or
- A first-level university degree in combination with 12 years of relevant and qualifying experience, or
- 15 years of relevant and qualifying experience in lieu of a master’s or first-level degree
- A minimum 10-year relevant and appropriate experience in research management, preferably within an international multilateral and/or non-governmental organisation, or academic setting

Malala Fund envisions a world where all girls can learn and choose their own futures. Objectives
The research partner will deliver a report that:
1. Provides a national snapshot of the male engagement landscape with relevance to girls’ education, policy change, gender norms and with deeper analysis of North East and North west Nigeria.
2. Contextualises the recommendations with analysis of ecosystem capacity, resource flows, and innovation across the male engagement space and specifically where it intersects with Girls’ Education — and where gaps constrain progress.
3. Surfaces credible models, vignettes, lessons learnt, principles of effective practice and recommendations for practitioners and Allies working in Girls’ Education (e.g., fatherhood programmes, faith-based mobilisation, teacher pathways, media storytelling).
4. Identifies risks, pitfalls, and safeguards to support credible, feminist-aligned male engagement.
5. Illuminates how male engagement can meaningfully support the enabling environment for policy change and implementation linked to Malala Fund’s priority areas.
6. Produces actionable recommendations for Malala Fund, Girls’ Education CSOs and male allies with additional consideration for how these findings could be used by policymakers and donors.
7. Through conducting the research, supports community-building through facilitated validation and learning sessions with practitioners, Education Champions Network (ECN), and allies.
Required Expertise Malala Fund seeks a Nigeria-based research individual, organisation or consortium with:
● Proven experience in gender, social norms, or engaging men and boys.
● Understanding of girls’ rights in Nigeria, specifically around barriers to accessing and completing 12 years of education.
● Strong familiarity with Nigeria’s policy landscape and education policy.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesEvent and engagement management
- Own, maintain and actively manage the WWB event and its activation calendar, ensure its visibility in the organization to support internal efficiency & effective planning.
- Identify synergies across the organizations event activities and ensure alignment across event engagements, advising BLs developing and delivering own events.
- Identify innovative event enhancements and formats that drive visibility in a cost-effective manner.
- Plan and manage Women’s World Banking event engagement at key global conferences (e.g., Davos/WEF, UNGA Climate Week, WBG/IMF Meetings etc.) and WWB’s owned/co-hosted events including the management of event services and logistics, including staff briefings, venue coordination and prep meetings. Manage event registration, stakeholder communications, and follow-ups with speakers, attendees, and partners.
- Support on-site or virtual event operations as needed.
- For 3rd party conferences and events coordinate and WWB staff in the planning and execution of the event engagement including meeting materials, briefings and other visibility enhancing requirements. Support Women’s World Banking staff in the planning and preparation for the event through the provision of relevant toolkits and access to relevant resources.
- Develop relationships with key 3rd party event organizers to identify and secure opportunities to maximize brand exposure.
- Lead speaker research and identification for WWB-led and partner events.
- Coordinate with Marcomms Campaign Manager to ensure effective and efficient delivery of programming.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 7+ years of experience in events management and execution, including for flagship and global-scale events, especially in/for financial services, NPO or mission-driven organizations.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder events (virtual, hybrid, or in-person).
- Proven ability to manage event logistics, timelines, and communications across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Excellent comms skills for interacting and building relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure during fast-moving event environments.
- Integrative thinker who naturally identifies connections, synergies, and cross-team opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in aligning event plans and strategies to broader organizational goals and provide appropriate reporting
