- Maintains Salesforce data integrity by deduping records, identifying and resolving data inconsistencies, and ensuring all information is properly represented and maintained with strict confidentiality.
- Generates and maintains Salesforce reports for the Development team, delivering accurate data insights to support fundraising strategies and stewardship engagements.
- Collaborates with the Director of Development Operations to proactively identify database and operational inefficiencies, taking a solutions-oriented approach to resolving them.
Donor Stewardship (~30%)- Oversees end-to-end lifecycle of stock gifts, from initial acceptance and donor verification to the final recording and tax receipt
- Fields and responds to calls, voicemails, and email inquiries from donors and prospects, including management of the donation inbox ensuring timely and professional communication
- Generates and distributes tax receipt letters for all applicable gifts in a timely and accurate manner
- Processes donor requests to update or discontinue recurring donations and administer refunds where appropriate, utilizing both EveryAction and Salesforce
- Manages matching gift confirmations and the import of third-party giving data reports to ensure donors are accurately credited
- Oversees the timely filing of State and Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) registrations and renewals.
- Maintains team-relevant Campaigns in Salesforce by managing contact lists, adding and removing contacts as necessary, and coordinating the distribution of monthly VIP emails from CEO.
Event Support (~25%)- Leads administrative support for all external events where Development is either the lead organizer or a key planning partner.
- Supports the management of Development event data within Salesforce including but not limited to, invitation list creation, pulling reports, and RSVP tracking.
Team Support (~15%)- Provides administrative support to the VP of Development, including calendaring, travel support, contracts, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Manages the calendaring of Development team meetings, and other team-related occurrences.
KEY SKILLS / WAYS OF DOING- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a fundraising capacity
- Strong demonstrated experience with a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce, including report generation and data management; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Demonstrated experience processing charitable gifts, including stock transfers, recurring donations, and matching gifts.

Ce faisant la personne contribuera à :- au plaidoyer pour des financements suffisants et alignés avec le droit international, pour mettre en œuvre la politique de solidarité internationale de la France

- Proven experience working with armed forces, law-enforcement agencies or other security-sector institutions on human rights, gender equality and institutional accountability.

Plan International France a obtenu en 2022 l’octroi d’une Convention Programme auprès de l’AFD intitulée OSEER – « Opportunités d’insertion Socio-Economique et Environnementale (insertion intégrale) durable des jeunes, pour une transformation des Rapports sociaux de genre en Afrique de l’Ouest et centrale ». Après une première phase (2022-2025), une deuxième phase (2026-2028) est en cours de démarrage.
Objectif de l’étude de base.
Objectif général de l’étude de base : L’objectif principal est de dresser un état des lieux des indicateurs du projet à son démarrage au Sénégal et au Togo en vue de faciliter le suivi de leur progrès et la comparabilité à mi-parcours et à la fin du projet. En cas de données manquantes, il peut s’avérer nécessaire de collecter des données supplémentaires afin d'établir une base de référence. Ce rapport d'étude sera utilisé comme référence pour suivre les progrès du projet par rapport aux indicateurs définis pour le projet.
Qualification de l'équipe d'évaluation
L’équipe de consultant.e.s doit posséder les compétences et expériences suivantes : '
• Expérience confirmée (5 années) dans la conduite de recherches en développement, y compris les études de base et finale dans un contexte de programme multi-pays ;
• Expérience confirmée dans la conduite d’étude en Afrique de l’Ouest, de préférence au Sénégal et/ou au Togo ;
• Expérience confirmée dans la conduite d’étude impliquant une participation de jeunes ;
• Maîtrise des méthodes qualitatives de collecte de données ;
• Maîtrise des méthodes quantitatives de collecte de données ;
• Expérience confirmée dans l’analyse de données, y compris dans le cadre de programme multi pays ;
• Expériences dans des domaines transversaux de Plan International, tels que le genre, l’inclusion, les jeunesses actrices et l’insertion intégrale, la sensibilisation à la protection de l’enfance et aux droits de l’enfant ;

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a gender and social inclusion analysis as part of the broader situational assessment for the TPDP.
- Identify barriers to participation in CPD, with specific attention to female teachers in rural, nomadic, and conflict-affected areas, as well as female teachers in Integrated Quranic Schools.
- Provide technical input to ensure that TPDP policies, systems, and implementation approaches are gender-responsive and inclusive.
- Advise on inclusive design of CPD delivery models, including approaches suitable for low-resource, low-connectivity, and geographically dispersed settings.
- Support the integration of gender and inclusion considerations into stakeholder consultations with MoECHE, Federal Member States, Teacher Training Colleges, teacher associations, Islamic scholar networks, and development partners.
- Contribute to the development of inclusive frameworks, tools, and recommendations across key work packages, including implementation planning, governance arrangements, quality assurance, M&E, and digital learning systems.
- Help ensure that indicators, baseline tools, and reporting approaches capture relevant sex-disaggregated and inclusion-sensitive data.
